Why my order is delivering slowly or temporarily paused
If your TaskPulse order is delivering slowly or appears temporarily paused, it does not always mean something is broken.
TaskPulse campaigns depend on real freelancers, campaign settings, advertiser balance, category availability, target content status, and verification rules. When one of these conditions limits delivery, your order may slow down or stop receiving new completions for a while.
1. Your campaign may not have enough available advertiser balance
TaskPulse charges your advertiser balance only after a task is successfully completed and confirmed.
If your available advertiser balance is not enough to pay for new valid completions, your campaign may stop receiving delivery until you add more funds.
This protects freelancers from completing tasks that cannot be paid and helps keep campaign delivery fair.
2. Your daily or overall limit may be reached
Campaign limits directly affect delivery speed.
- Daily actions limit controls how many completions your campaign can receive per day
- Overall actions limit controls the total number of completions your campaign can receive
If your daily limit is reached, delivery may pause until the limit resets. If your overall limit is reached, the campaign may stop because the target volume has already been delivered.
3. Your targeting may be too narrow
Country filters, performer rating settings, and other restrictions reduce the number of freelancers who can see and complete your campaign.
Narrow targeting can be useful when you need specific traffic or users from certain countries, but it usually reduces delivery speed.
If your campaign is too restricted, there may simply be fewer eligible freelancers available at the moment.
4. The selected category may have limited freelancer supply
Different categories have different levels of activity.
Some categories have many active freelancers and deliver quickly. Others are more specific and may need more time.
For example, a broad website visit campaign may move faster than a narrow social task that requires freelancers to have a suitable account on a specific social platform.
5. Other campaigns may be competing for the same freelancers
TaskPulse is a live marketplace. Multiple advertisers may run campaigns in the same category at the same time.
If many campaigns are active in one category, freelancers choose from the available options. This can affect how quickly your specific order receives completions.
6. Your target URL may have a problem
If the target URL is broken, private, blocked, unavailable, or does not match the selected category, delivery may slow down or stop.
Common URL problems include:
- The page was deleted or made private
- The page requires login or special access
- The content is blocked in some countries
- The social platform removed or restricted the content
- The URL does not match the selected campaign category
- The page loads too slowly or shows errors to freelancers
If the content cannot be opened or used correctly, freelancers may not be able to complete the task successfully.
7. Social platform conditions may affect delivery
Social Tasks are completed on third-party social platforms. Because of that, delivery may be affected by the social platform itself.
For example, delivery may slow down if:
- The target account, post, or comment is restricted
- The required action is no longer available
- Comments are disabled for a comment campaign
- The platform limits access for some users
- The content is removed, hidden, or region-blocked
TaskPulse can deliver only when freelancers can access the target and complete the required action correctly.
8. Verification may be failing too often
TaskPulse counts only successful verified completions.
If many attempts fail verification, your campaign may appear slow because invalid attempts are not counted as delivered actions.
Verification failures can happen when the target is unavailable, the wrong URL is used, the action cannot be confirmed, or the social platform page does not load correctly.

9. Custom Tasks depend on freelancer submissions and advertiser review
Custom Tasks are reviewed manually by the advertiser.
Delivery may feel slow if freelancers are not submitting enough reports, or if submitted reports are waiting for review.
Clear instructions usually help. If your Custom Task is confusing, too complex, or has unclear proof requirements, freelancers may skip it or submit incorrect results.
10. Surfing and video tasks need time to complete
Surfing and viewing tasks cannot be completed instantly because freelancers must stay on the page or watch the content until the required timer or viewing condition is finished.
This means each valid completion takes time by design. A campaign that requires longer sessions will usually deliver more slowly than a very short task.
11. Your order may be paused by campaign settings or manual action
If a campaign is paused in your dashboard, it will not continue receiving new completions until it is active again.

How to improve delivery
- Make sure your advertiser balance has enough funds
- Check that your daily and overall limits are not too restrictive
- Use a public, working, and supported target URL
- Choose the category that exactly matches your campaign goal
- Avoid overly narrow country filters unless you need them
- For Custom Tasks, write clear instructions and proof requirements
- For Social Tasks, make sure the required action is available on the target content
- Give real freelancers time to complete and verify actions
When slower delivery is normal
Slower delivery can be normal when:
- The category has limited freelancer activity
- Your targeting is narrow
- The task takes longer to complete
- The target platform is unstable or limiting access
- Your campaign has strict daily limits
- The order depends on manual review
TaskPulse focuses on valid completed actions, not artificial instant spikes. In many cases, steady delivery is better than forcing unnatural speed.
When should I contact support?
