Why an account may be restricted or suspended

4 views No ratings yet

TaskPulse may restrict, suspend, or permanently remove an account when it is necessary to protect the platform, advertisers, freelancers, payments, or other users.

Account restrictions are usually related to violations of the TaskPulse Terms of Service, suspicious activity, fraud risk, or behavior that creates problems for the marketplace.

This article explains the most common reasons an account may be restricted or suspended. The full legal rules are available in the Terms of Service.

1. Multiple accounts or account sharing

TaskPulse accounts are personal and should not be shared, sold, rented, or transferred.

Your account may be restricted if you:

  1. Create more than one account for yourself
  2. Share your account with another person
  3. Buy, sell, rent, or transfer accounts
  4. Impersonate another person or entity

Each user should use only their own account.

2. Bots, scripts, auto-clickers, or automated tools

TaskPulse tasks must be completed manually by real users.

Using bots, scripts, auto-clickers, browser automation, or other automated tools to interact with TaskPulse or complete tasks is not allowed.

If automated activity is detected or strongly suspected, TaskPulse may restrict or suspend the account.

3. Fake, incomplete, or misleading task results

Freelancers must complete tasks accurately and according to the task instructions.

An account may be restricted if a user repeatedly submits:

  1. Fake task results
  2. Incomplete work
  3. Misleading proof
  4. Results that do not match the task requirements
  5. Actions performed on the wrong target or URL

TaskPulse may also refuse payment for tasks that violate the platform rules or cannot be verified as valid.

4. Fraud, abuse, or manipulation

Accounts may be restricted when TaskPulse detects behavior that appears fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative.

This may include attempts to exploit task flows, referral rewards, payout rules, verification systems, or advertiser campaigns.

Artificial referral chains, fake accounts, and schemes designed to receive unearned rewards are not allowed.

5. Problems with social accounts used for Social Tasks

Social Tasks depend on valid actions from social accounts that remain active and usable.

If a social account used for TaskPulse Social Tasks becomes blocked, deleted, or seriously restricted, the actions completed from that account may disappear from the social platform.

This can cause drops for advertisers and may lead to penalties or account restrictions.

6. Creating or participating in prohibited tasks

Advertisers are responsible for creating lawful, clear, and accurate tasks.

TaskPulse may reject, remove, cancel, or restrict campaigns that violate the Terms of Service, platform rules, applicable laws, third-party rights, or third-party platform rules.

Tasks may also be rejected or removed if they promote competing or materially similar services, traffic exchange services, reward platforms, or other services TaskPulse determines to overlap with the platform.

7. Security threats or platform interference

Any attempt to damage, overload, disable, bypass, or interfere with TaskPulse may lead to account restriction or suspension.

This includes:

  1. Trying to bypass security systems
  2. Uploading malicious code
  3. Attempting to compromise user accounts
  4. Interfering with the normal operation of the website
  5. Using tools that could damage or overload the platform

8. Payment risks, chargebacks, or compliance issues

Payouts and balances may be reviewed for fraud, abuse, legal compliance, and risk management.

TaskPulse may temporarily hold, decline, reverse, or adjust payments when needed to protect the platform, advertisers, freelancers, or comply with legal and payment-related requirements.

In cases involving chargebacks, payment disputes, suspected fraud, invalid wallets, or AML-related checks, additional restrictions may be applied.

What happens when an account is restricted?

The exact action depends on the issue.

TaskPulse may:

  1. Temporarily limit account access
  2. Hold or review payouts
  3. Reject or cancel invalid task results
  4. Apply penalties where platform rules allow it
  5. Remove or cancel campaigns that violate the rules
  6. Permanently suspend or terminate an account in serious cases

How to avoid account restrictions

  1. Use only one personal TaskPulse account
  2. Do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your account
  3. Complete tasks manually and honestly
  4. Do not use bots, scripts, auto-clickers, or automation tools
  5. Submit only real and accurate task results
  6. Use stable and legitimate social accounts for Social Tasks
  7. Create only lawful and clear advertiser campaigns
  8. Do not abuse referral, payout, or task systems
  9. Follow the TaskPulse Terms of Service

Where to read the full rules

This article is only a simplified explanation. The complete rules are available in the official TaskPulse Terms of Service:

Can support remove a restriction?

Support can review some cases, but restrictions are not removed automatically just because a user asks.

If you believe your account was restricted by mistake, contact TaskPulse Support and explain the situation clearly.

Do not create a new account to bypass the restriction. Creating another account may make the situation worse.
