How balances work in TaskPulse

TaskPulse uses separate balances for different platform activities. This helps keep freelancer earnings and advertising funds clear and easy to manage.

Depending on how you use TaskPulse, you may work with one or both of these balances:

  1. Earnings balance - money earned by completing tasks as a freelancer
  2. Advertising balance - funds used to create and run advertising campaigns

Earnings balance

Your earnings balance contains rewards received for successfully completed tasks.

When you complete a task correctly and the completion is verified, the reward is added to your earnings balance. This applies to website visits, video tasks, social tasks, and other supported earning activities.

You can use the Earning Hub to find available tasks and grow your earnings balance.

When are task rewards credited?

The timing depends on the task type and verification method:

  1. Some tasks are credited automatically after successful verification
  2. Some tasks may require additional checks before the reward is confirmed
  3. Manually reviewed tasks are credited only after approval

If a task was not completed correctly or could not be verified, the reward is not added to your balance.

Advertising balance

Your advertising balance is used to create and fund campaigns on TaskPulse.

Advertisers add funds to this balance, then spend them on orders such as:

  1. Website traffic campaigns
  2. Video view campaigns
  3. Social media engagement campaigns
  4. Other supported promotional task types

You can manage campaigns from the Advertiser Dashboard.

How advertising funds are used

Advertising funds are not reserved when a campaign is launched.

Instead, the advertiser's balance is charged in real time only after a task is successfully completed and verified. At that moment, the corresponding reward is credited to the freelancer who completed the task.

This means advertisers pay only for valid completed actions, not for unfinished attempts or tasks that fail verification.

Can one account have both balances?

Yes. A single TaskPulse account can be used both as a freelancer and as an advertiser.

For example, you may:

  1. Complete tasks and receive rewards in your earnings balance
  2. Add funds separately and run campaigns from your advertising balance

These balances belong to the same account, but they serve different purposes inside the platform.

Why are the balances separate?

Separate balances make platform activity easier to understand and protect the logic of both sides of the marketplace.

  1. Freelancer earnings represent rewards for completed work
  2. Advertising funds represent money allocated for campaign delivery

Keeping them separate helps TaskPulse handle withdrawals, order spending, refunds, and account records correctly.

What can I do with each balance?

  1. Earnings balance - request a withdrawal once you meet the platform requirements
  2. Advertising balance - create and run campaigns on TaskPulse

If you are here to earn, start from the Earning Hub. If you are here to promote something, open the Advertiser Dashboard.
