Terms of Service
Binding Contract
Please read this page carefully. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and TaskPulse (“we”, “our”, “the Platform”).
Your legal agreement with taskpul.se consists of these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the GDPR Policy.
By accessing or using taskpul.se (“the Website”) or any services provided through the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Website or the Platform.
1. Nature of Services and User Roles
TaskPulse operates an online marketplace for digital microtasks (“Services”). The Platform enables two categories of Users:
- Advertisers – individuals or organizations that create and fund digital microtasks.
- Taskers – individuals who complete digital microtasks in exchange for compensation.
TaskPulse acts solely as an intermediary between Advertisers and Taskers. TaskPulse does not employ Taskers, does not act as a party to individual task agreements between Users, and does not guarantee the performance of any task.
No automated interaction with external websites or services is provided or permitted through the Platform. The Services are limited to the creation, assignment, management, and verification of digital microtasks.
2. Account Registration and Security
2.1. In order to use the Platform, you must create an account. Registration may be completed through supported identity providers (such as Google OAuth) or by other methods that we may enable.
2.2. You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration and for keeping this information up to date.
2.3. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not share them with third parties.
2.4. You agree that you will not create more than one account for yourself, will not buy, sell, rent, or otherwise transfer any account, and will not impersonate any person or entity.
2.5. TaskPulse reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate accounts at its discretion where necessary to protect the Platform, its Users, or to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Use of the Platform
3.1. You must use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
3.2. You must not interfere with the proper operation of the Platform, attempt to circumvent security measures, or use any device, software, or routine that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website or Services.
3.3. You must not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform or to complete tasks. All tasks must be completed manually by human Users.
3.4. TaskPulse may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform or Services at any time, including the availability of any features or task categories, without prior notice.
4. Advertiser Responsibilities
4.1. Advertisers are responsible for creating lawful, clear, and accurate task descriptions and instructions.
4.2. Advertisers must ensure that tasks posted on the Platform do not require activities that violate applicable laws, third-party rights, or third-party terms of service.
4.3. Advertisers must fund their account balance before tasks can be launched or assigned to Taskers.
4.4. Advertisers are responsible for reviewing completed tasks within the periods defined by the Platform and for approving or rejecting results in good faith.
4.5. Advertisers must not use the Platform to provide, simulate, or facilitate services such as artificial metrics, traffic generation, or any other form of deceptive or misleading activity.
5. Tasker Responsibilities
5.1. Taskers agree to complete tasks manually, accurately, and in accordance with the instructions provided by Advertisers and the rules of the Platform.
5.2. Taskers must not submit fabricated, incomplete, or misleading results and must not use automated tools, scripts, or bots to perform tasks.
5.3. Taskers must respect all applicable laws and regulations while completing tasks and must not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.
5.4. TaskPulse may withhold or refuse payment for tasks that breach these Terms, or where there is evidence of fraud, manipulation, or other prohibited behavior.
6. Payments, Deposits, and Payouts
6.1. Advertisers may deposit funds into their Platform balance using the payment methods we make available. These funds are used to pay for the creation and execution of tasks on the Platform.
6.2. Deposited funds are not a deposit account or bank account and do not accrue interest. Deposited funds by Advertisers are not eligible for withdrawal and may only be used within the Platform to fund tasks.
6.3. Taskers receive compensation for successfully completed and verified tasks. Payouts to Taskers are made upon request in the corresponding section of the Platform, using supported withdrawal methods.
6.4. Payout requests may be subject to review for fraud, abuse, legal compliance, and risk management. TaskPulse may temporarily hold or decline payout requests where necessary to comply with legal or regulatory obligations or to protect the Platform and its Users.
6.5. In case of chargebacks, payment disputes, or suspected fraudulent activity, TaskPulse may reverse associated task payments, freeze related balances, or take other protective measures.
7. Prohibited Activities
When using TaskPulse, you agree that you will not:

9. Liability and Disclaimer
TaskPulse provides the Platform and Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis and makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform, the availability of tasks, or any specific level of earnings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskPulse disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of business.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10.2. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by closing your account using the available options on the Platform or by contacting us through the channels specified on the Website.
