Refund Policy
Legal Compliance
TaskPulse operates in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the European Union and the Republic of Bulgaria. This Refund Policy is established to ensure that the handling of payments and potential refunds is fair, lawful, and transparent.
1. Overview
TaskPulse provides access to a digital microtask marketplace. Advertisers may top up an internal balance to fund tasks, and Taskers receive compensation for successfully completed and verified tasks. This Refund Policy governs the conditions under which refunds to Advertisers may be considered.
2. Eligibility for Refund
- Time Frame: Refund requests may be considered within 14 calendar days from the date of topping up the Advertiser’s account balance.
- Unused Balance Only: Refunds apply solely to the unused portion of the internal balance that has not been allocated to or consumed by tasks. Amounts already spent on tasks are not refundable.
- Refund Method: Where a refund is approved, it will, as a rule, be processed to the original payment method used for the top-up. If this is not possible, TaskPulse may, at its discretion and where legally permitted, offer an alternative method.
- Review of Activity: TaskPulse reserves the right to review account activity, including task usage and compliance with the Terms of Service, before approving any refund.
3. Non-Refundable Services
TaskPulse provides digital services only; no physical goods are offered. Once funds have been used to create or execute tasks on the platform, related amounts are considered consumed and are strictly non-refundable.
Payments made to Taskers as compensation for completed tasks are final and are not subject to refund.
4. Payment Methods and Refund Process
TaskPulse accepts payments via bank cards and other payment methods that may be made available on the platform from time to time. Refunds, where approved in accordance with this Policy, will be issued using the original payment method whenever technically and legally possible.
In certain cases, due to technical limitations or regulatory requirements, an alternative refund method may be used. TaskPulse may request additional information from the User (including identity verification data) to process the refund in compliance with applicable laws.
5. Initiating a Refund
To request a refund, the Advertiser must contact TaskPulse customer support within 14 calendar days of the relevant top-up transaction and provide:
- account identification details,
- transaction reference (date, amount, and payment method),
- a brief explanation of the reason for the request.
TaskPulse will review the request, verify the unused balance, and assess compliance with this Refund Policy and the Terms of Service. Approval of a refund remains at the reasonable discretion of TaskPulse, subject to applicable legal obligations.
6. Additional Terms
TaskPulse reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and will apply to transactions occurring after the effective date of the updated Policy.
Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable law. In the event of a conflict between this Policy and mandatory legal provisions, the latter shall prevail.
